Error

The font size of pre-populated fields in related tables in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) is smaller than fields without pre-populated values.

This is expected behavior and is working as designed. This is not unique to related tables. When populating the attribute fields in the popup inside Collector, the size of the field name text becomes smaller when entering a value for that field in order to accommodate more room for that value and to make the entered value itself more visible. When no value is entered into that field, the field name text remains larger.
