The Find Nearest tool is available even when the network utility service is not configured in Portal for ArcGIS.

Find Nearest when measuring by line does not require a Network Service Utility to be configured. The Line option should be available for this type of analysis when a Network Utility Service is not configured. However, the option currently fails with an error indicating a Network Utility Service is required. This is incorrect and a defect has been submitted for this error. Additionally, a defect has been submitted to update the help documentation to explain that the Line measure option does not require a Network Service Utility to be configured.Pasos para reproducir
