The Feature To JSON tool in ArcGIS Pro fails with 'Error 999999'.

Solución alternativa

1. Launch ArcGIS Pro.
2. Create a new copy of the parcel shapefile as a backup.
3. Add the parcel shapefile into the map in ArcGIS Pro.
4. Go to the Geoprocessing window and search for Repair Geometry.
5. This step removes any records with null geometry in the parcel shapefile. In the Repair Geometry window:
   • Input Feature: the parcel shapefile
   • Check the Delete Features with Null Geometry option
   • Validation Method: Esri
6. Observe the result by converting the parcel shapefile to GeoJSON using the Feature To GeoJSON tool.
