The feature layers are drawn with predefined symbol classes when feature classes of a file geodatabase are added to an ArcGIS Pro map via the Catalog pane.

Solución alternativa

Export the features to new file geodatabase:

1. Export the extensible markup language (XML) of the feature class and import the feature class to a different file geodatabase.
2. Save the layer file and import the symbology into a new feature class. Save the map, close the map and add the same feature class to a new map via the Catalog pane.
3. Run the Recover File Geodatabase tool on same file geodatabase.
