Error
The 'Extract Values to Points' tool duplicates some of the point features when working with large extent raster datasets in the GCS_WGS_1984 geographic coordinate system.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Change the coordinate system from GCS_WGS_1984 to WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere).
