Error
The Export Features tool fails to field map when the input shapefile is from a mapped network drive instead of a UNC path.

This issue is fixed in the upcoming release of ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Solución alternativa
Use the UNC path. If the file was previously accessed using a mapped drive, close and reopen ArcGIS Pro, then access the file using the UNC path.
