Error
The Excel To Table script tool fails after upgrading the xlrd library from the default 1.2.0 version to the 2.0.1 version. The library upgrades automatically when using Python Package Manager or conda install to install or upgrade both the pandas and psycopg2 Python packages. XLRD doc is not supporting .xlsx in 2.0.1 version. Refer to https://xlrd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/.

Solución alternativa
The Excel To Table tool works when the xlrd Python Package is in a version before 1.2.0, and continues to work with .xls format input tables.
