Error

The Esri Featured Content tab is visible with no content in the Portal for ArcGIS gallery when Living Atlas is disabled and the Region setting is applied.

Solución alternativa

Change the Region to some value that is not in the list of Sharing API > Home > Portals > Regions. For example: JA Log out of the Portal for ArcGIS and log in again, and the Esri Featured Content tab is gone.
