This defect is addressed in the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 1 Patch. Solución alternativa

This only happens once unless the cache or logs to a new device are cleared. However, it still needs to be worked on for fixes.

Another workaround is to share it with the organization. Using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) requires the user to be a domain user, ensuring security is well covered and the message does not pop-up.
