Error

The emails configured with Survey123 for ArcGIS and webhooks display names instead of labels for the select_one question when surveys are created from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS.

The label from a choice list can be sent to a feature layer (and hence included in a webhook payload) by using the jr:choice-name() function in the calculation field of another question, for example a hidden question type, so it is not visible on the form. Similarly, prevent the name from a choice list being sent to a feature layer by setting the bind::esri:fieldType parameter to 'null' for the select_one question.
