The 'Dynamic Choice Lists Using Search Appearance' sample which is available in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect demonstrates the use of the Search appearance with feature layers shared from various ArcGIS online organizations. When logging in to ArcGIS Enterprise, the sample feature service URLs have to be replaced with the feature service URLs from ArcGIS Enterprise.
