Error
The drop-down list of the Output Coordinate System is not honored when published to Portal for ArcGIS as a geoprocessing tool and turns into text instead.

Many parameter data types are not supported with web tools or GP services and therefore functionality specific to that data type may be lost when published. Parameters of data type 'Coordinate System' are converted to a 'string' data type when published as a web tool.
