The draft survey option is not accessible when using the 'Press and hold' functionality in the 'My Survey' page to start a new survey in the Survey123 for ArcGIS mobile app on iOS and Android devices.

When a draft exists, click on the top corner where the draft number is located (it is generally in orange color), and the survey page that was left incomplete is opened.
