The display filter using Oracle SHAPE.AREA field is not honored when published as referenced vector tile.

Solución alternativa

• Create a new Area field, populate the values with FieldCalculator and use this field for the Where clause.  
• Copy paste the feature class in a file geodatabase and register it it as folder connection, then publish as referenced vector tile service.
