This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Solución alternativa
Uncheck the Generate Directions on Solve parameter in the Make Vehicle Routing Problem Analysis Layer tool that precedes the Directions tool. However, this workaround is only intermittently successful on the user's end.
