Error

The Diagnostics tab of ArcGIS License Manager does not show the correct number of licenses when an EFL number is used more than one time. Specifically it multiplies the number of times authorized against the quantity, and this becomes the output. For example when authorizing a provisioning file with quantity of 5 licenses it shows: 1 x auth = Shows 05 Licenses (Should be 05) 2 x auth = Shows 20 Licenses (Should be 10) 3 x auth = Shows 45 Licenses (Should be 15) The same workflow yields the correct count at version 10.2.2. The ArcGIS Online hosted application URL and App ID persists although it is deleted from the 'My Content' page.
