The default configuration of the installed ArcGIS Survey123 website returns an X-Frame-Options error that prevents published surveys from being embedded in the Survey widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder developer edition.

Solución alternativa

Original workaround:

1. Navigate to the ArcGIS Survey123 website installation folder > server > proxy.
2. Open the ‘proxy.js’ file in a text editor. 
3. Delete the 'app.use(helmet.frameguard({ action: 'SAMEORIGIN' }));' line, or add '//' to the beginning of the line to make it a comment.

Alternative workaround:

Follow the steps outlined in Embed Surveys Published from Survey123 Local Installer in Other Apps to enable surveys published from the local installer to be embedded in other applications, such as ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS Workflow Manager, across different domains.
