Solución alternativa

1. Apply the round() function to the calculation of the decimal question. In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the same behavior can be seen for the decimal question.

2. Publish the survey and view it in the ArcGIS Survey123 app.

3. The round() function forces the survey to display the decimal value. However, the error message "Invalid number" is also returned depending on the Number Format configured on the device. The same behavior occurs regardless of the decimal separator configured on the machine at the time of publication.
