The hierarchical shortest path is not an exact shortest path. If hierarchy is used, different results are possible if the solver settings are changed. Turning off hierarchy resolves the issue. This issue is resolved in the online service, which uses a new way to generate and consume hierarchy.Solución alternativa
Turn off hierarchy before solving, or pass the override parameter {"TopHierarchyLevel": 3} during solve time.
