Error
The date field in the Map Viewer feature service and in ArcGIS Pro display different times or dates for the same feature layer.

Hosted feature layer times are displayed in the computer's time zone for the portal, but ultimately stored in UTC as well as displayed in ArcGIS Pro in UTC by default.
