The data is misaligned when using the custom projection (well-known text (WKT) Mercator_Variant_C) with the REST endpoint in the 'NSDEMO ENC REST' layer.

Solución alternativa

In the current version, change the map projection to WGS 84 World Mercator and set the standard parallel to 9. The data aligns perfectly with the REST (MapServer) service.
