This is as designed. The layer that is visible in the main map area is a graphics layer to accommodate the geographic filtering aspect of the feature display. Labelling is not currently supported on graphics layers. The form map does not use a graphics layer. To make the experience consistent, the ability to show labels from the form map is removed.

Solución alternativa

As a workaround, include the labelled layer twice in the map, once with editing enabled and once with editing disabled. The labels on the uneditable copy of the layer display, and the features in the editable layer are interactive. This appears as though the interactive features are labelled.
