Error
The CreateCloudStorageConnectionFile geoprocessing tool returns the following error message, "Error 000800: The value is not a member of <value>" in Arcpy.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026.
