The Create Runtime Content tool in ArcMap does not honor the extent specified for attachments as it does for features.

Copy and paste the entire file geodatabase, and remove the features outside the area of interest to manually create the desired subset, hence removing the unwanted related attachments before running the Create Runtime Content tool.Pasos para reproducir
