The ‘Create Points Along Line’ edit tool ignores Z values of the line when using the Varying Distances option

Solución alternativa

Use the Move To tool, Delta method after creating points with Create Points Along Line, Varying Distances Method.

1. Create points using Create Points Along Line created points are selected.
2. From the Modify Features pane, open Move To tool.
3. In the Move To pane, choose Method = Delta.
4. Leave X and Y values as 0.
5. Set the Z value to appropriate value.
6. Click Move To to execute and the point features Z value is updated.
