The unit of measure parameter for the Create LRS Network geoprocessing tool uses all of the standard units of measure available from Esri. Since this is a geoprocessing tool, it can be run outside of ArcGIS Pro through Python. Location Referencing geoprocessing tools do not look at the map units of measure. A user could configure two different units of measure; one for the network and the other for the map units of measure. Because of this, we are not going to look into the map units of measure, since all Esri supported units of measure are available in the tool and it can be run outside of ArcGIS Pro.Solución alternativa
