Error
The Create Locator tool with the reference data in the WGS 1984 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) projected coordinate system used in the geocode table outputs incorrect coordinates.

This is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. The locator must be recreated in ArcGIS Pro 2.6 or newer in order for the changes to be applied.Solución alternativa
Project the reference data to another projection, or coordinate system and recreate the locator. For example, NAD 1927 StatePlane Maryland FIPS 1900 or WGS1984.
