The Create Hosted Imagery Layer wizard is stuck on pending when publishing mosaic datasets referencing file geodatabase rasters.

Solución alternativa

If the mosaic is made from .TIFF files in folders instead of raster datasets in a file geodatabase, and the mosaic is used to go through the wizard, the dynamic image layer and the tile layer both upload without issues.

Uploading the same data directly in ArcGIS Online also happens without issue. The only issue seems to be the Create Hosted Imagery Layer wizard in ArcGIS Pro.
