Error
The Create Enterprise Geodatabase tool allows users to create a geodatabase in the default postgres database, but a direct connection does not work with the postgres database.

It is not recommended to work in a system database. It is by design that ArcGIS Desktop cannot make a connection to one. Therefore, the Create Enterprise Geodatabase tool must not be run in the postgres database.Geodatabase system tables must be dropped in the postgres database, if this is done.Pasos para reproducir
