Error
The coverages of the output imagery generated using the ortho mapping workspace and the mosaic dataset workflows vary from each other in ArcGIS Pro.

The difference observed is due to an initial difference in pixel size. The ortho mapping workspace uses the pixel size from the drone image EXIF, while the geoprocessing tool uses the camera database. The resulting mosaic dataset difference is before adjustment, therefore not critical for final product generation, which uses information after adjustment. Therefore, this issue will not be addressed.Solución alternativa
Match the workspace drone pixel size with the pixel size used by the geoprocessing tool camera database to get matching mosaic datasets.
