Error

The collected points do not display at all map extents when viewing on a feature layer (hosted, view) with editing enabled, but only allow the Update and 'Attributes Only' setting.

Solución alternativa

Viewing the parent layer and the full editing view layer with the update attributes only view layer, the points display at all scales.
