The Calibrate Routes tool produces NaN values instead of measures, in all attribute fields, when using personal geodatabase feature classes.

Solución alternativa

Export the features classes to a file geodatabase. The NaN values are not produced when working with this format. Tool can be run from ArcCatalog.
