Error
The Calculate Geometry Attributes tool fails to work in ModelBuilder when the Iterate Feature Classes tool is used.

This issue is as designed. When the input dataset includes a polygon, line, and point, in each iteration, the dataset is used as the input of the Calculate Geometry Attributes tool. If the input is a line for the Calculate Geometry Attributes tool, there is no 'Area' in the list of properties.Solución alternativa
Set Feature Type to Polygon in the Iterate Feature Classes tool to iterate only the polygon dataset and calculate the area.
