The auto-generated username does not honor the capital letters that was set at New Members Default's Username Format/Organization short name.

Current methods for setting usernames with capital letters involve either manually entering them or utilizing the 'New members from a file' feature, in which the usernames are pre-configured with capital letters in the file.
