The Attribute Table widget tabs display hidden sublayers from the layer list of a web app in ArcGIS Enterprise.

Solución alternativa

1. Use ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.
2. In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, save the Web Map with the sublayers unchecked (hidden).
   1. Go back to the web map, click the dropdown arrow for 'SampleWorldCities', then uncheck the sub layers (hide) and click Save.
   2. Go back to the web map, refresh the page, then click Save.
   3. 
   4. Observation:
      1. Check the Attribute table and the tabs are only visible to the layer in the layer list that is checked (visible).
