PointAddress locations do not currently exist for these locations. The locations that are getting returned by the service are from StreetAddress, StreetAddressExt and StreetName matches and not PointAddresss matches. StreetAddress matches return a location that is interpolated along a street segment based on where the house number falls in the address range so the location is not exact. For a StreetAddressExt result, the location will be at the end of the street segment where the house number slightly exceeded the range. For a StreetName result, the location will be at the center of the street segment.
