Error
The ArcGIS Survey123 web app does not recognize the HTML code in surveys published by ArcGIS Survey123 Connect (version 3.13.).

This is the expected behavior due to some changes in the ArcGIS Survey123 app. Since version 3.13, the ArcGIS Survey123 app enforces limits on HTML tags so some of the tags used in the previous version no longer work. Now ArcGIS Survey123 supports only the HTML tags that are supported in ArcGIS Online (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/supported-html.htm). For instance, previously, tag,
