The ArcGIS Server 'patchnotification' utility erroneously claims patch 'ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) 10.6.1 Published Script Tools Patch, QFE_ID: DTES-1061-P-162' still needs to be installed even after the patch is successfully installed.
