Error
The ArcGIS Pro Intelligence Points To Track Segments tool does not work when the Date field contains identical entries from a dataset.

Geodatabases do not support decimal seconds (microseconds). Refer to, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.0/help/data/geodatabases/overview/arcgis-field-data-types.htm#GUID-6F9BA736-430A-4CBD-990A-AA4C5E91FAB6. There is an option to uncheck 'Error On Duplicate Timestamps' to allow multiple duplicate timestamps. Caution has to be taken as this may produce unexpected results.Solución alternativa
In the Track Intervals To Feature tool for ArcMap (10.8), choose a Date type field, or any string or numeric field as well. As an example, the Text field containing the above records is chosen, and the date-time field format of YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.s is entered.
The workflow can be done in ArcMap no matter if the field has duplicate entries or not.
