The ArcGIS Hub AccessURLs do not properly allow for previewing GeoJSON layers with non-Web Mercator spatial references after the February 6th update.

This fix is in production. The accessURL within distributions of ArcGIS Hub feeds now properly downloads all formats and is in the correct projection. At this time, per specification, the GeoJSON and KML formats are only supported in 4326.
