Error
The ArcGIS for Server 10.3 and 10.4 print services clips client graphics with high DPI, certain layout templates are used, and Esri picture marker symbol is utilized.

1. Lower printing DPI below 300.
2. Adjust the Esri Text Symbol text graphic Vertical Alignment property to either top or bottom.
3. Adjust the printing extent.
