The Add Spatial Join (Data Management) tool produces inconsistent results when used multiple times.

Solución alternativa

Remove the TARGET_FID field from the Field Map parameter when running Add Spatial Join the second time. Add Spatial Join works by temporarily joining the intermediate spatial join output dataset to the original target layer based on the TARGET_FID field. When a previous join also adds a TARGET_FID field, the temporary join references the initial TARGET_FID field instead of TARGET_FID_1.
