A revised 2025 SAML encryption and signing certificate was made available on September 2, 2025. Follow https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/trust-arcgis/administration/action-required-arcgis-online-saml-customers to apply the certificate to the IdP by September 19, 2025, if signed or encrypted assertions are enabled.Solución alternativa
Use the 2024 certificate and metadata until the 2025 certificate is replaced on September 2, 2025.
