Error
Text formatting using the bold tag <BOL> takes up more text spacing room in ArcGIS Desktop 10.3.1 than it used to in previous releases.

This issue has been addressed in ArcGIS Pro. ArcGIS Pro is the next generation of ArcGIS Desktop software and is the primary focus for future development efforts. There is currently no plans to address this issue in ArcMap.Solución alternativa
