Solución alternativa
1. Create the table without foreign key constraint using the SQL Server Management Studio2. Register the table with SDE using sdelayer -o register3. Register the layer with geodatabase (using ArcCatalog > Right Click)4. Introduce the foreign key constraint using the SQL Server Management Studio5.
