Solución alternativa
- Stop the Portal for ArcGIS Service.
- Navigate to \ArcGIS\Portal\framework\template.
- Open a text editor.
- Modify the last line (#6) of the file to be:
/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#styleItems/webstyles_tokens.txt
The full content of the file should be:
/filetokens/apps/app_tokens.txt
/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#home/homeapp_tokens.txt
/filetokens/framework/webapps/arcgis#sharing/sharing_tokens.txt
/filetokens/framework/webapps/rootapp/rootapp_tokens.txt
