Symbology is not honored in ArcGIS Maps for Power BI after it is changed on the Visualization tab in ArcGIS Online.

Solución alternativa

Prepare the required classification or symbology in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, and use 'Primary Symbology' instead of 'Vary symbology by attribute'. In the case of GeoJSON, convert that to a feature class in ArcGIS Pro and prepare the symbology before publishing.
