Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS fails to upload a thumbnail to ArcGIS Online if the image is too large, but no error message is displayed.

Solución alternativa

This issue is not reproducible if a thumbnail is added to ArcGIS Online because the image is resampled and saved at a smaller size. Use an image closer to the recommended size. For best results, use images that are 600 x 400 pixels in size.
