Error
Subsequent time fields become read-only when using the Smart Editor widget in an ArcGIS Web AppBuilder application on manually entering the time for the first time field.

A time value cannot be entered until the date value is entered first. The time input value box is only disabled when the date is blank. Subsequent date-time fields are not affected by the previous date-time fields.Pasos para reproducir
