Submitting an image through the Image question in Survey123 for ArcGIS through Survey123 Web Designer in a desktop fails if the survey is created in Survey123 Web Designer.

Solución alternativa

Create the survey using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS that allows the submission of images through Survey123 Web Designer. If the survey is created using Survey123 Web Designer, images only submit through the field application.
